According to the UGC guidelines, the College has formed Internal Complaints Committee, Anti-sexual Harassment Committee and Anti-ragging Committee for redressal of students’ grievances.

Procedure for redressal of grievances is stated in UGC regulations. Accordingly, the college has formed student grievance redressal mechanism as follows:

1. Students may raise grievances through suggestion box kept near the college Notice Board or students may submit their grievances through Grievance Form seeking redressal of grievance to college authority or they can submit their grievances through grievance form on portal available on college website.

2. On receipt of a complaint, the institution shall refer the complaint to the concerned redressal committee.

3. The concerned redressal committee shall conduct enquiry within stipulated time.

4. The committees shall discuss the issue and try to resolve it. The committee shall take suitable measures to address the grievances at the earliest through counselling and appropriate information to their parents.
